If you are having problems logging in to your SmartGene application, please check that you are utilizing the proper link and are keying in the correct Account ID and password combination. Please note that all SmartGene passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that your "Caps Lock" feature is turned off or on as appropriate. If you are still having difficulties, please contact your SmartGene representative for assistance.
