The HIV genotypic drug resistance algorithm within SmartGene for Stanford HIVDB has been updated. 

• Stanford HIVDB drug resistance algorithm version 9.8 (January 2025).
• This update includes score and comment updates for Lenacapavir (LEN), and score interpretation was updated for Dapivirine (DPV), an NNRTI drug.
